svelte: Update messaging and icon for switching to/from the prototype (#60049) 
This PR removes the tech used from the messaging around the
prototype in the app and changes the icon to a flask which generally
symbolizes the experimental nature of something.

This directory contains Sourcegraph services and binaries.

When a services is added, removed, or when a service's dependencies change, update our architecture diagram.
