Gap Analysis Command

Comprehensive analysis showing ALL implemented items and ALL gaps across the 5-layer lifecycle. Runs on O(1) by reading index files.

Usage

Step 4: Generate Output

Fill the comprehensive template with:

  1. Real percentages from index files
