149c4374be Resolve Issue #586 (missing gray-9 and gray-10) 
- Colors were being weeded because they weren't being used.
- Added .gray-9/10, .bg-gray-9/10, and pseudos to resolve.

Updated normalize.css from 7.0.0 to 8.0.0

Updated package.json to 8.0.0, changed -m to --minify in the build script

Rebuilt css and minified css to reflect change

5be59c1701 Fix the build and bump to the latest cli version 
In order to ensure that the build doesn't cause
a bug in the .grow selector I've temporarily removed
trimTrailingZeros.

This will be added back once I get a fix in to
the perfectionist library.
