Add in buildkite separators for the output of the server logs. This should help buildkite have different sections for each thing our e2e tests do. Note: this doesn't work just yet since we have vagrant including a prefix. But this is a step in the right direction. |

Prerequisites
- Git
- Go (1.15 or later)

Installation
Prebuilt Docker images are the fastest way to use Sourcegraph Enterprise. See the quickstart installation guide.
To use Sourcegraph OSS:

Sourcegraph should now be running at https://sourcegraph.test:3443.
