Erik Seliger ba9fe24e0f Revert "tenant: Introduce tenant_id to every table (#64323)" (#64386) ... This reverts commit 43e06cef0c. This migration deadlocked on S2, we didn't expect that we have processes taking table locks but apparently so.. Reverting for now and will manually fix up S2 once the build went through.
