Quinn Slack 4c866a6f6b add client/cody-shared (@sourcegraph/cody-shared) shared lib (#49990) ... All code that does not depend on `vscode` was moved to `client/cody-shared` and is imported via `@sourcegraph/cody-shared/src/...`. This will eventually make it possible to expose Cody in the web app. This adds essentially zero dev/build friction (no slowdowns, very little additional complexity). ## Test plan Run unit and integration tests.
