Sander Ginn 7ab17276aa docs: update sourcegraph.sourcegraph.com links to public version + use SG links instead of GH (#49894) ... * Changes a bunch of private links to the public instance. A few remain that point to private repos. * Makes a tiny cut in the amount of github.com links in our docs.. which are.. many. URLs for new/existing issues, PRs, etc are untouched.
