This is the end of the PR train to remove the enterprise directory from out repo since we have consolidated to use a single license.

We currently have 6 pages for executor docs and are likely to be adding
more. This change creates a subdirectory to encapsulates all executor
docs in a single place as well as creates a sidebar entry under `admin`
for easier access.

- Removed most docs from Sourcegraph.com about private code. I kept docs that were about managing an existing account and removed docs that were about usage or getting started.
- Sourcegraph Cloud now always refers to managed instances across our docs.
- Did not set up redirects because we will soon reuse /cloud to mean managed instances.
