f4679a191f Merged changes from abg. No longer using exec infavor of __import__ (thank you) 
Fixed up plugin support for applications using cement plugins
Added the clibasic cement plugin and moved the 'getconfig' command from example there.
Added more verbose comments to the examples.
Moved the 'example' plugin under cement
Added the 'myplugin' example plugin.
