43cfee30fc fix visual things 
* table headings
* spacing after last table in transactions lists
* put create privilege link to bottom
* comments heading
* spacing on top of each template via default #content
* put link on main logo to main page
* remove html skeleton from snippet templates (maybe I missed some)
